| THERMO SETTING MOULDING : |
| Under Thermsetting Moulding we are doing DMC, SMC, Bakelite Moulding. Accurately weighted Raw Material which agre purchased from BHEL approved suppliers in the form powder and Dough are loaded in to the Moulding tool which is designed as per the drawing given to us. The mould is kept at a temperature at 145°C to 155°C. The mould is closed by closing the press, under the pre-determined temperature and pressure, the material flow to the extreams of cavity and cross linking of molecule takes place. Curing time looking in the shape and volume is calculated and the press is opened and article is ejected and removed from the Moulding Tool. |

| THERMO PLASTIC MOULDING : |

The granuals form of Thermoplastic material purchased from BHEL approved suppliers is fed through feed hopper of injection Moulding machine. The material under in to the barrel and machine through hopper which is kept at the temperature ranging from 130°C to 265°C for various Thermoplastic material such as LDPE, HDPE, PVC, ABS, HIP, Nylon, Glass filled nylon, Arnite and Polycarbonate. The barrel is heated through set of heater creating a profile of temperature in respective feed zone. The granuals material passed through combination of screw rotating in side the barrel and appear at the other end i.e. in to the nozzle in the form of Homogeneously mix and uniformly viscous melt. The melt is injected according to the weight of component in to the mould tightly hold closed with the help of suitable clamping devices. After injection of melt the pressure is kept on till the heat is conducted and through temperature control media. After the article get cool and solidified in the mould the mould is opened out and subsequently the component is ejected from the mould. |

| MACHINING OF VARIOUS INSULATION COMPONENTS |
We are manufacturing various machined components of Nylon Asbestos, Glass Epoxy Laminated, Bakelite Sheet components Gaskets, Premanite Washers etc. The basic care taken by us is that the machining of Insulation components are done away from the place where iron and other material effecting the Insulation quality. The jogs tools are designed according to the drawing and with the help of different machines these components are made stricktly of drawings.
